These Terms govern your use of NativeTravel. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country.
Do not misuse the platform: no unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, or harmful content; no attempts to breach security, scrape at scale, or disrupt the service; no impersonation. We may suspend or remove accounts and content that violate these Terms.
You keep ownership of the content you create and grant us the licence needed to host and display it within the service. You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of what you publish (listings, reviews, images, and offerings).
NativeTravel connects travellers with local providers. During this limited launch, payment processing may be disabled; where transactions are available, additional commerce rules apply and providers are responsible for their own offerings, pricing, and fulfilment.
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis during this early phase. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
We may update these Terms and will note the date above. You may close your account at any time; we may suspend access for violations. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
