Booking & payments
Payments are processed securely at checkout; refunds follow the cancellation policy set by the individual business, shown before you pay.
Card payment, or NativeCoin from your wallet (paying fully with coins gets you an automatic discount plus cashback — see the NativeCoin articles).
Open the booking under My Account → Bookings — if it's still within the business's cancellation window, you can cancel there and the refund is issued automatically to your original payment method (or instantly back to your wallet if you paid with coins).
If a business doesn't honor a confirmed booking, contact them directly through the messaging thread on the booking, or use the report option on the listing so our team can step in.
